The sponsor of this contest is Dr. Elsey’s. By participating in the Giveaway, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. ELIGIBILITY: This Campaign is open only to those who post a photo of their cat wearing the Dr. Elsey’s #orangeinside® collar on Instagram using the hashtag #orangeinside® and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is only open to legal U.S. citizens or permanent legal residents (green card) residing in the lower 48 states as well as legal Canadian citizens or permanent legal residents and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Dr. Elsey’s, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. “Household Members” shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. “Immediate Family Members” shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
3. AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Dr. Elsy’s as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.
4. CAMPAIGN PERIOD: Entries will be accepted online starting on January 1st, 2023 at 12:01am ET and ending December 31st, 2023 at 11:59pm ET. All online entries must be received by December 31st, 2023 at 11:59pm ET.
5. HOW TO ENTER: Post a photo of your cat wearing the Dr. Elsey’s #orangeinside® collar on Instagram using the hashtag #orangeinside®. The entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Dr. Elsey’s.
6. PRIZES: The Winner(s) of the Campaign (the “Winner”) will receive twelve (12) 40 lb bags of Dr. Elsey’s Ultra litter (approximate retail value or “ARV”: $239.88) via ground shipping to a legal U.S. address in the lower 48 states or legal Canadian address. Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor’s good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. 8. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: One winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Dr. Elsey’s. Winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram within seven (7) days following selection of Winner. Dr. Elsey’s shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Potential Winner must accept prize via email and provide legal U.S. shipping address in the lower 48 states or legal Canadian address as directed by Sponsor within 15 days of notification. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release. RIGHTS GRANTED BY YOU: By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that Dr. Elsey’s, anyone acting on behalf of Dr. Elsey’s, and Dr. Elsey’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes. without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. Optional verbiage for Contests: By entering this content, You represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, You will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Dr. Elsey’s. TERMS & CONDITIONS: Dr. Elsey’s reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Dr. Elsey’s control, corrupt, or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In such case, Dr. Elsey’s may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Dr. Elsey’s. Dr. Elsey’s reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes.

12. DISPUTES: THIS Campaign IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF The United States of America AND The State of WYOMING, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in The State of Wyoming having jurisdiction.
