This request form is for breeders enrolled in Dr. Elsey’s Kitten Kit Program only. If you have not been accepted into the program, you may apply here.

You may request a kitten kit once monthly to send home with new kitten parents. Simply let us know how many kits you will need for the month, and we will ship them to you.

Kitten Kits usually ship within 7-10 business days.
